He has been cast as Law's boss at a futuristic credit union dealing in artificial organs. When Law's character receives an artificial organ, he goes on the lam, joining his ex-wife, who owes money for her own artificial organs. Eric Garcia adapted his sci-fi novel with Garrett Lerner; Miguel Sapochnik is directing the pic, his first feature helming gig (Daily Variety, June 18). Stuber/Parent's Scott Stuber and Mary Parent are producing.
Schreiber stars in "Love in a Time of Cholera" and the upcoming "Defiance." He'll also star in Fox's "X-Men" spinoff "X-Men Origins: Wolverine."
