Jackson, who had been VP of marketing for cabler BBC America, will now head up marketing for all of the company's Stateside units. Move is the latest example of BBC Worldwide Americas consolidating exec positions under prexy Garth Ancier.
"Andrew has done a great job transforming the look and feel of BBC America," Ancier said. "This new arrangement is a logical move as we grow the BBC brand and work to build recognition across all our audiences."
Based in Gotham, Jackson reports to Chris Carr, chief operating officer for channels at BBC Worldwide.
