Foxx and production partners Jaime Rucker King and Marcus King will develop, produce and consult on unscripted projects for both cablers. They'll serve as exec producers on projects, which will be produced via their FoxxKing Entertainment banner.
First project from the deal is "From Gs to Gents," a reality skein in which a group of men are given social makeovers in a bid to turn them into gentlemen.
MTV Networks Music Channels prexy Brian Graden said Foxx has proven to have "the golden touch in film, television and music.
"He takes chances and breaks new ground," he added.
As a producer, Foxx's credits include the 2004 FX pic "Redemption" and his sitcom "The Jamie Foxx Show." He was also attached to the CBS reality project "Pop Dynasty."
