Olyphant, Anderson star in 'High Life'

Duo set for adaptation of MacDougall play

Timothy Olyphant and Joe Anderson will star in "High Life," a Gary Yates-directed adaptation of the Lee MacDougall play. MacDougall wrote the script with Yates ("Seven Times Lucky").

Triptych Media's Robin Cass is producing with Yates, and Morris Ruskin of Shoreline Entertainment is exec producer. Liz Jarvis of Buffalo Gal Pictures is co-producer.

Pic is a comic caper that follows four hapless bank robbers.

Olyphant, the "Deadwood" star who just toplined "Hitman," plays the leader of the group whose scheme is done in by the incompetence of his cohorts. Anderson ("Across the Universe"), Stephen Eric McIntyre ("The Lookout") and Rossif Sutherland ("Poor Boy's Game") round out the gang.

Pic has just begun production, and Shoreline Entertainment is handling international sales. Equinoxe Films distributes in Canada.
