Shout! Factory has formed a new digital media division, GetBack Media, offering an emphasis on music, television and movies. The president is Chris Dominguez, former MTV Networks Entertainment Group exec. FitzJohn J. Flynn has been named VP, business development; Shawn Amos, VP, content; and Sean Endler, named VP, product.
