O'Driscoll joins EMI investor board

Hands strengthens new team

Northern Foods chief exec Pat O'Driscoll has been named to the EMI investor board to analyze the company's employees and staffing levels.

She will also assist with the company's culture change under new owners Terra Firma.

EMI chairman Guy Hands has been globetrotting recently to meet with EMI staff and assess the company's staffing needs. In a statement, he said, "Pat is taking on the vital role of ensuring that EMI makes the most of its people."
