One goal of Manga.com, said Marc DeBevoise, senior VP of business development and strategy for Starz Media, is to "deliver this content to users whenever, however and in whatever form they want it."
Visitors to Manga.com can watch free streaming-video highlights of these movies. Clicks on each title yield information about the pic. Site also provides to a number of websites that sell the movies on DVD.
Starz has signed the Brightcove Internet TV platform to distribute all of the shortform video content on Manga.com.
