With partner Jill Brody, Kelly had recently formed BrandFusion Marketing, which developed promotions for Paramount films, homevideo and television shows.
Prior to forming BrandFusion, she served as VP, worldwide marketing partnerships at Paramount, where she was involved in campaigns for films including "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider," "Mission Impossible 2" and "The Rugrats Movie."
Born in New York, she received an MBA at Columbia U. and a B.A. from Fordham U. She began her career at American Home Products Corp., moving to Vidal Sassoon, Revlon and Max Factor.
Kelly then moved into entertainment, working in marketing and promotions for 20th Century Fox, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and D.L. Blair/West.
She is survived by her husband Eugene Kelly, a producer; her mother; a sister and a brother.
