Katherine Brooks wrote the script and will direct.
Project's a joint production of Annapurna Prods. and Fixed Point Films. Megan Ellison, Jonah Hirsch and Ted Schipper are producing.
"Madison" centers on a woman who's determined to find a cure for her mental illness, and locks herself in her apartment for 30 days with no food, telephone or outside stimuli.
Shooting is set to start Nov. 5 in New Orleans.
Roemer recently starred in "Disturbia" and "The Grudge 2."
She's repped by ICM and Luber Roklin Management.
