The docu, "On the Road in America," follows the experiences of students from four Arab countries as they criss-cross the U.S. during a 10-week period. Jerome Gary is creator and director of "On the Road," as well as co-exec producer with Leon Shahabian.
The 12 half-hours of "On the Road" originally ran on MBC, the Middle East Broadcasting Center, and was picked up for U.S. distribution by New Line TV, which engineered the Sundance deal.
The BBC-produced sitcom, "Pulling," consists of 12 half-hours about three young women who are best friends and housemates. The co-writers are Dennis Kelly and Sharon Horgan, with Horgan one of the stars of the show.
"Big Girl's Blouse" is an Australian sketch comedy skein consisting of eight half-hours that first ran Down Under in 1994 on the 7 Network. The stars -- Jane Turner, Gina Riley and Magda Szubanski -- went on to do the comedy series "Kath & Kim," which previously ran on Sundance. "Blouse" is from Verve Entertainment Intl.
