Cleavant Derricks, Meg Gillentine, Amelia McQueen, Ken Page, Ty Taylor, Lillias White and Jackee Harry will star in the production that runs Nov. 6-25 at UCLA's Freud Playhouse.
Jason Alexander, new artistic director of Reprise, will direct.
"Damn Yankees," with music and lyrics by Richard Adler and Jerry Ross, and book by George Abbott and Douglass Wallop, is getting a bit of an update, reset from Washington, D.C., in the early 1950s to 1981 Los Angeles.
Page will play Joe Boyd, the middle-aged man frustrated that his beloved Dodgers are constantly thwarted by the Yankees.
"Damn Yankees" first opened on Broadway in 1955. It was revived on Broadway in 1994.
