"The Amateurs," written and directed by Michael Traeger, centers on a small town brought together by the common dream of creating an adult film.
Pic, produced by Aaron Ryder for Raygun Prods., stars Jeff Bridges as a down-and-out divorcee who brainstorms the idea of an amateur porn film. Ted Danson, Lauren Graham, Joe Pantoliano, Jeanne Tripplehorn, William Fichtner, Patrick Fugit, Tim Blake Nelson, Isaiah Washington, Glenne Headly, Judy Greer, Steven Weber, Eileen Brennan and Brad Garrett also star.
"Day Zero," a selection in this year's Tribeca Film Festival, explores the emotional struggle of three lifelong friends -- portrayed by Chris Klein, Jon Bernthal and Elijah Wood -- who are drafted into the military, leaving their safe, comfortable lives behind for war.
"Day Zero" is directed by Bryan Gunnar Cole, written by Robert Malkani and produced by Anthony Moody of Indalo Prods.
