An existing pact between the pair, covering the technical services of EM.Sport subsidiary Plazamedia, has been extended until the end of 2013.
EM.Sport also has acquired a 5% stake in Premiere Star, the satellite pay TV service Premiere launched recently.
EM.Sport also acquired a rights package from Premiere for its free TV channel DSF. Package includes highlights of the English Premier League.
Also in the new agreement is an extension of Premiere's rights to EM.Sport's Junior.TV channel from 2009 to 2012.
EM.Sport, which recently announced that it would spin off its family entertainment activities to focus on sports, intends to lift its sales from $310 million in 2006 to more than $560 million by 2010.
