"This year's honorees truly know how to capture the imagination of film audiences worldwide, both innovatively and commercially," BAFTA/LA chairman Peter Morris said.
Winslet, who just finished shooting "Revolutionary Road" with Leonardo DiCaprio, will receive the Britannia for British artist of the year, while "Casino Royale" helmer Campbell will get the John Schlesinger Britannia.
New Line's Shaye and Lynne, who recently scored with "Hairspray," will receive the Cunard Britannia Award for Lifetime Contributions to International Film.
Washington will get the Stanley Kubrick Britannia for excellence in film.
