Kramer, who previously served as director, will continue to oversee the daily operations of Withoutabox while also managing the company's technology department, product sales and the integration of FilmFinders, the film production and rights database it acquired last year.
Wyatt has been consulting for the company for the past several months, and will now be responsible for the company's finance, business development and marketing and publicity activities.
Kramer has been with the L.A.-based company since its launch in 2000, and established the company's New York office in 2002. Before that, he held posts at Lifetime Television, DiNovi Pictures and Rogers & Cowan.
Wyatt spent six years as chief operating officer of Tribeca Entertainment, where she was involved in the creation, development and launch of the Tribeca Film Festival. She also chaired the First Look Film Series.
David Straus and Joe Neulight founded the company in 2000, as a means to integrate and facilitate the independent film festival submission process for indie filmmakers. Fests use the site as a means of getting access to more films.
Site enables filmmakers to upload film credits, territory rights, press kits, photos and other services necessary for the submission process.
Withoutabox now has a member base of more than 150,000 filmmakers and 2,000 festivals around the world.
