Alcon plans to release the film through its output deal at Warner Bros.
"Valet" is inspired by true events involving a parking attendant who became obsessed with a female customer and systematically inserted himself into her life.
Alcon's in post-production on "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2." Warner will release its comedy "P.S. I Love You" in December and supernatural thriller "One Missed Call" in January.
McElroy wrote the thriller "Fracture" for Paramount Vantage and upcoming actioner "Tekken" as well as past pics "The Marine" and "Wrong Turn" for Fox.
