The action-thriller puts a twist on a classic sci-fi theme, but the details are being kept under wraps.
Purchase marks Regency's latest move to line up projects appealing to young men, such as its upcoming Doug Liman-directed pic "Jumper."
Bohem is currently writing and exec producing "Nine Lives" for DreamWorks Television, Sci Fi Channel and exec producer Steven Spielberg, the same team that did the mini "Taken" with Bohem. The scribe's also writing "Paper Wings" for New Line.
The Jacobson Co. is also producing Fox Atomic's "Playboys," which should go into production in the fall.
