Toffel's book recounts the story behind her marriage to McQueen, who died in 1980. The couple first met when she was starring in the Broadway production of "The Pajama Game," then settled in Hollywood and had two children before their 16-year marriage ended in divorce.
Perhaps reflecting McQueen's continued star power more than 25 years after his death, his 1963 Ferrari sold last week at an auction for $2.3 million to an anonymous bidder in California -- nearly double the expected price.
Kasha is the senior VP of acquisitions and programming for New Line Home Entertainment. He previously served as exec VP of Miramax Home Entertainment, overseeing "Pulp Fiction," the "Spy Kids" franchise and "Chicago."
