'Power' gets another hour

CBS expands game show's schedule

It's the "Power of 10," times two.

CBS will expand the new Drew Carey-hosted gamer to two nights of the week for the remainder of the summer, adding a Tuesday 8 p.m. run to the show's usual Wednesday 9 p.m. slot.

That will bump runs of "NCIS" to 10 p.m. for the remainder of the summer.

"Power of 10" will join Tuesday nights on Aug. 21 with a repeat of last week's episode; new segs will then run on Aug. 28, Sept. 4, Sept. 11 and Sept. 18.

The gamer ends its season on Sunday, Sept. 23 at 8 p.m. -- moving to the special slot in order to get out of the way of new fall reality entry "Kid Nation," which bows on Wednesday, Sept. 19.

Sony Pictures TV and Embassy Row are behind "Power of 10," which comes from exec producer Michael Davies.
