Scripted by Bui, the drama concerns four troubled people who connect on Christmas Eve. Liotta plays an ex-con who has been released after a 25-year stretch and reaches out to his long-lost daughter (Biel).
Pic is a co-production of Eleven Eleven Films, Spirit Dance Entertainment and Grosvenor Park Media.
Last seen in "Wild Hogs" and "Smokin' Aces," Liotta just wrapped the Wayne Kramer-directed "Crossing Over," a Weinstein Co. drama about immigration that also features Harrison Ford, Sean Penn and Ashley Judd in the ensemble cast.
