Scribes on Paramount's case

Florsheim, Stolberg adapt P.I. film

Scribes Bobby Florsheim and Josh Stolberg are set to adapt Lisa Lutz's tome "The Spellman Files" for Paramount.

Laura Ziskin is producing the laffer.

Story revolves around a single private investigator who has to juggle the demands of running her family's business, the needs of her extended family and her dating life.

Florsheim and Stolberg's credits include the original screenplay of Warner Bros. laffer "Man-Witch," directed by Todd Phillips and starring Jack Black. Stolberg also wrote Lionsgate's Dane Cook-Jessica Alba starrer "Good Luck Chuck," set for release in September.
