Pic tells the story of a battle royale that takes place every 10 years in an unsuspecting town as a group of contestants made up of the world's greatest assassins fight it out to the death.
International cast includes Robert Carlyle ("28 Weeks Later"), Ving Rhames ("Pulp Fiction") and Kelly Hu ("X-Men 2").
Keith Bell ("Dog Soldiers") is producing for first-time helmer Scott Mann with Sherezade Film Development providing coin for the pic, whose budget is believed to run into the seven figures.
AV has also concluded deals with Scanbox in Scandinavia, Indies for Benelux territories and Lizard in CIS.
