The fest will kick off with Emir Kusturica’s “Promise Me This,” which screened at this year’s Cannes film fest, followed by Slobodan Sijan’s “SOS Save Our Souls.”
Supported by the Danubus Film Fund and Film Center Serbia, a government agency headed by Hollywood writer Djordje Milicevic, the fest strives to revital-ize the country’s cultural life and expand its market abroad.
