Justine Gibbs, publicist, 66

Exec served as Meyer's executive assistant

Longtime publicity bizzer Justine Gibbs died of breast cancer June 8 in Burbank, Calif. She was 66.

Gibbs began her career at Rank Leisure Organization in 1958 and moved to Los Angeles in 1982, where she joined Dennis Davidson Associates and rose to the position of executive assistant to chairman Dennis Davidson.

Most recently, she served as executive assistant to Teri Meyer, exec. VP worldwide publicity at Buena Vista Intl.

She is survived by her partner Diane Marquis-Sebie; her stepmother and a stepsister.
