'Heaven' waits to hit A$1 mil in Oz
Pollak's film outdraws 'Titanic' at one theater
Pic, released by Rialto Distribution in Oz and New Zealand, has taken 43 weeks to reach that milestone. It's currently ranked No. 17 and playing on 10 screens.
"Heaven," from helmer Kay Pollak, was released in most territories in 2004 and flew the flag for Sweden in the foreign-language Oscar category in 2005.
At one cinema, Sydney's Cremorne Orpheum multiplex, pic has out-grossed "Titanic" to become the biggest success in the cinema's 72-year history.
