MONTREAL -- William Shatner is set to host two galas at this year's Montreal Just For Laughs comedy festival, it was announced Friday. The Montreal-born Emmy Award-winning actor will host two galas on Saturday, July 21, at 7 and 10 p.m. at the St. Denis Theatre in Montreal. The Galas are the fest's marquee big-ticket events. The previously-announced hosts of the other galas include "Deal or No Deal" host Howie Mandel, John Pinette and George Lopez from "The George Lopez Show." There will also be a 25th anniversary all-star gala. The English portion of this bilingual festival takes place July 12 to 22.

Just For Laughs also announced Friday that Canuck funnyman Ron James will be at the fest the same night, July 21, as part of the Special Events series to perform his critically-acclaimed show "Full Tilt".
