Pic, produced by Greg Brenman of Tiger Aspect, is a gross-out teen horror project about a group of delinquent teens sent by their parents to shape up in a military-style boot camp.
Script is by Paul Gerstenberger, and shooting will start September in the U.S. No cast has yet been announced.
Schmidt ("Crime and Punishment in Suburbia" and the upcoming "The Alphabet Killer") said, "I love this script and I intend to make it the scariest movie of my career. It's a great 'Saturday night at the movies' movie, and with a good quotient of blood and other bodily fluids, it hits all the right horror notes."
