Story is about a Gotham bookstore clerk who discovers a museum devoted to his life. Jason Reitman and Daniel Dubiecki are producing through their Hard C shingle.
Peter Principato and Paul Young are exec producing.
Spicer met Winkler, the son of Henry Winkler, in a screenwriting class at USC; they graduated last year. Winkler has directed episodes of CBS Innertube's "Clark and Michael," starring Michael Cera and Clark Duke.
Reitman and Hard C just wrapped "Juno," starring Cera, for Fox Searchlight as his followup to "Thank You for Smoking." And Principato-Young is in pre-production on "The Way Back" with Shawn Levy for Searchlight; Levy is on board to direct that pic.
Hard C has an overall deal with Searchlight and Principato-Young has an overall deal with Fox.
Winkler and Spicer are repped by UTA, Principato-Young Entertainment, and attorney Karl Austen. Reitman is repped by William Morris.
