Company has brought on Vodafone exec Lee Fenton as managing director and chief operating officer; he'll head up global product marketing and technology initiatives.
It also has hired Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment chief financial officer Mark Anderson for the CFO post at Jamba, where he will be responsible for global finance and business strategy and mergers and acquisitions, among other responsibilities.
Jamba also has promoted managing director Markus Berger-de Leon to chief sales officer.

Fox Mobile historically has overseen initiatives ranging from text-message voting for "American Idol" to distribution of "Borat" mobisodes.
Jamba CEO Lucy Hood said that the venture's focus would be on marketing content not only from Fox but also from other media outfits, such as MTV, NBC U and Universal Music.
Company also wants to find balance between regional and global content. One goal of the venture is to mine foreign markets for internationally friendly properties such as "24" and "The Simpsons."
