Lynch, who penned the script with Kent Harper, begins lensing later this month in Canada.
Marco Mehlitz's Lago Film ("Just Friends," "The Devil's Rejects") is producing. Filmmaker David Lynch --Jennifer Lynch's father -- is exec producing and helping finance.
Also starring Ryan Simpkins, French Stewart and Cheri Oteri.
Storyline revolves around an FBI agent who goes to a small town, where everyone lies and no one is safe.
Producers are Mehlitz, Harper and David Michaels. Producing with David Lynch is Arclight Films' Gary Hamilton.
Arclight is handling sales.
Pullman stars in two pics that will play at the soon-to-bow Tribeca Film Fest, John Dahl's "You Kill Me" and Randall Miller's "Nobel Son."
James ("Zodiac," "Broken Flowers") will next be seen in the Weinstein Co.'s "Fanboys."
Other upcoming projects for Ormond -- who recently starred in David Lynch's "Inland Empire -- include Stephen Soderbergh's upcoming "Che" and "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button."
"Boxing Helena" marked Jennifer Lynch's first directing effort.
