Woodcock was most recently head of development for Michael Kuhn's Qwerty Films in London. She previously worked for 10 years in Los Angeles as a development and production exec on pics such as "The Usual Suspects" and "Con Air."
At Pathe, she will replace Celine Haddad, who is leaving to develop and produce her own projects. As head of creative affairs since 2003, Haddad was responsible for managing Pathe's development slate, including projects such as "Bride and Prejudice," "Millions" and "The Queen."
