Pic stars Josh Hartnett, Naomie Harris, Adam Scott and Rip Torn in the story of a young dotcom entrepreneur struggling to keep his head above water during the 2001 stock market collapse prior to the World Trade Center attacks of 9/11.
"August" is being financed by Patrick Morris and Elisa Pugliese's 57th and Irving Prods. CAA is handling the domestic sale.
Hartnett and Pugliese are producing alongside Charlie Corwin, David Guy Ley and Clara Markowicz of Original Media ("Half Nelson").
