Jackson ("Freddie") is also writing and directing. James K. Jones and Patrick Moses will produce for IKM, and Prinze will exec produce.
"Manslaughter" follows five college students looking for fun in the Philippines. The students find themselves embroiled in a manslaughter they try to cover up, leaving them scrambling for their lives.
Production is expected to begin filming in May in Los Angeles. Prinze has a cameo role in the film.
Prinze next will be seen in "Brooklyn Rules."
