'Kisses' for Rea

Irish thesp to star in Dublin movie

LONDON — Stephen Rea is starring in “Kisses,” a Dublin movie written and directed by Lance Daly (“The Halo Effect”) which started shooting this week.

It’s the story of two young children who run away from home together at Christmas. Pic is produced by Fastnet Films, with funding by the Irish Film Board, TV3, BCI and Section 481 from Ireland, and Zentropa and Film I Vast from Denmark.

Cast also includes Kelly O’Neill and Shane Curry as the two kids, plus Paul Roe (“Adam and Paul”) and Neili Conroy (“In-termission”).
