Ginsburg joins the company as senior VP, responsible for developing, packaging and managing shows for both traditional TV platforms and new-media platforms in the domestic and international marketplace.
Hannibal comes aboard as senior VP of creative affairs, focusing on production of series for the U.S. cable and broadcast networks.
Ginsburg did a 15-year stint in Europe, running the international television unit of French studio Gaumont and working with Canal Plus and TF1. She subsequently worked as a consultant with GoFish, Landscape and MGM.
Hannibal was previously head of development for Rick Berman's Paramount-based eponymous shingle. Prior to that, she was senior VP for Jersey Television.
Ginsburg will jointly report to Blueprint CEO John Morayniss and prexy Noreen Halpern; Hannibal will report to Halpern.
Both execs will be based in Blueprint's Los Angeles office.
