Film, a comedy about the test-tube baby industry, is the third in a trilogy of experimental features by McGuckian.
It follows "Rag Tale," her 2005 satire on tabloid journalism, and "Intervention," set in a celebrity rehab clinic in New Mexico.
"Intervention," which is close to completion, is being repped to U.S. buyers by Cassian Elwes and Rena Ronson of William Morris Independent.
Although their stories are unrelated, the three movies are united by McGuckian's satirical take on contemporary culture and her use of improvisation in performance and in production techniques.
Most of the actors in "Art in Las Vegas" also appeared in one or both of the previous movies. McDowell, Tilly, Rupert Graves and Donna D'Errico are in "Intervention," while Lucy Davis, John Sessions and Graves were in "Rag Tale."
Produced by McGuckian's company Pembridge Pictures, "Art in Las Vegas" is financed by London-based equity fund Scion Films and Toronto-based Prospero Pictures.
