Fox homevid taps Dunn for Aussie ops

Managing director takes over for Leighton

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has tapped Chris Dunn as managing director of its Australian operations.

He takes over from Steven Leighton, who recently became managing director of Fox's home entertainment operations in the U.K.

Keith Feldman, exec VP and general manager of Fox's international home entertainment biz, made the announcement Thursday.

Dunn's agenda includes releasing "Night at the Museum" and "Eragon" on DVD; spearheading the Blu-ray software launch; taking advantage of the studio's catalog library; and exploiting Fox TV series on DVD with franchises including "24" and "Prison Break."

Dunn previously held senior sales and marketing positions at Simplot Australia and at Pacific Brands Food Group.
