Net will run two special episodes of "Sunday Morning Shootout," hosted by Peter Guber and Variety editor-in-chief Peter Bart.
One will focus on the Independent Spirit Awards and feature interviews with nominees Amber Tamblyn ("Stephanie Daley") and "The Queen" star James Cromwell.
The Oscar edition will also take on the Stephen Frears hit: It will feature an interview with Helen Mirren, as well as with "Dreamgirls" breakout star Jennifer Hudson, both nommed for Academy Awards.
Cabler will also air famous Oscar speeches, interviews with celebrities about their favorite films and movie quotes.
A movie marathon will include Oscar faves like "Taxi Driver," "Dances With Wolves," "The Last Samurai" and "Hoosiers."
