Web users can turn electronic "pages" and see a version of the layout of each page in the Daily edition -- where stories, reviews, charts and columns are placed, how the headlines read and how ads are laid out.
Issues dating back to Jan. 2 are now available.
The electronic version is available at no charge to both print and current online subscribers. All others can pay an annual fee to subscribe to this feature.
Variety has also changed the pay structure on the Web -- by eliminating it. There is no longer a paywall on Variety's online content: Every story, article or item is available for free.
