'City,' 'Lights' come out atop Jussis

Louhimies' 'Frozen' receives six awards

HELSINKI -- "Frozen City," an ensemble drama by Aku Louhimies about the ordeals of a Finnish cab driver, was the big winner at Finland's Jussi Awards on Sunday night.

"Frozen" received six awards, including director, actress (Susanna Anteroinen) and actor (Janne Virtanen).

Pic also took script honors (Paavo Westerberg and Mikko Kouki) and the editing trophy (Samu Heikkila).

However, the top honor went to producer-director Aki Kaurismaki's "Lights in the Dusk," which was named best film.

It also nabbed the awards for set design (Markku Patila) and cinematography (Timo Salminen).
