Lensing will begin next month in Portland, Ore., with Lakeshore topper Tom Rosenberg and prexy Gary Lucchesi producing along with Andy Cohen and Steven Pearl. Screen Gems will release the pic domestically.
Lane portrays an FBI agent racing against time to track down a ruthless online predator. Hanks ("King Kong") will play Lane's partner, while Cross ("Running With Scissors") takes on the villain role; Burke ("24") is Lane's love interest, and Hurt plays her mother.
"Untraceable" is directed by Gregory Hoblit ("Fracture," "Frequency"). Final script was penned by Allison Burnett ("The Feast of Love") from an original screenplay by Robert Fyvolent and Mark R. Brinker.
Recent Lakeshore releases include "Blood and Chocolate," "The Dead Girl," "Crank," "The Covenant" and "The Last Kiss."
