HOLLYWOOD -- Cooped-up TV critics finally escaped Pasadena's regal Ritz-Carlton Huntington Hotel on Saturday night, as Fox threw one last party to wind down the Winter TV Critics Assn. press tour.

For the most part, the nets downsized their TCA parties this winter, opting to stick with smaller fetes at the hotel. (Some webs, including CBS, held more intimate cocktail parties, inviting just a portion of their talent, rather than throwing the big companywide shindigs of the past.)

But Fox brought the crix off campus, taking over Villa Sorriso restaurant in Old Town Pasadena and adopting a chilly winter theme -- but unlike the snow in Malibu last week, this stuff was fake.

The previous night, the CW net held its first winter press tour party at the Ritz-Carlton, attracting cast members from "Everybody Hates Chris" (just renewed for a third season), WWE Smackdown wrestlers and several former "America's Next Top Model" contestants and Todd Bridges (yes, Todd Bridges).
