Aniston will play a rival to Cox's magazine editor character. It's the first time Aniston and Cox have appeared together on a scripted skein since "Friends" left the air in 2004.
While FX made the casting official Monday, news of the reunion isn't a complete surprise. Cox told reporters last week that she and Aniston had already talked about the idea of Aniston appearing on "Dirt."
Seg will air March 27 at 10 p.m.
