Buenos Aires-based Sandler, who founded cable net Utilisima, will be prexy-CEO of Fox Toma 1.
Shingle will produce unscripted shows to be aired mainly on Lat Am cable nets Utilisima, Fox Life, FX, Fox and Speed.
Pact will give Fox greater capacity to produce more than 2,000 programming hours a year.
As part of the agreement, Fox will absorb Utilisima by the first quarter of 2007.
Cabler is in 8 million homes in Latin America and the U.S. Utilísima produces TV, print and Internet content and formats targeted to women and their families.
