'Rwanda Rising' to open Pan African Festival
Docu includes interviews with Clinton, Wolfowitz

The world premiere of documentary "Rwanda Rising" has been selected to open the 15th annual Pan African Film and Arts Festival on Feb. 8 at the DGA in Hollywood.
Forest Whitaker will emcee the evening, which includes the fest's annual gala following the screening.
Former U.N. ambassador Andrew Young, who's expected to attend, was a producer. Docu focuses on the country's process of reconciliation and includes interviews with Bill Clinton, Rwandan President Paul Kagame, composer-producer Quincy Jones and World Bank president Paul Wolfowitz.
