This month the cabler is holding a nationwide casting call for season three, with cookoffs set for Dallas, Las Vegas, Miami, New York and San Francisco.
"Top Chef" ranks as the No. 1-rated food series in the cable universe, averaging 1.22 million viewers in the 18-49 demo, according to Nielsen Media Research.
Season-to-date, show has seen total viewers grow 56% over the first cycle. "Top Chef's" season two averages 755,000 femme viewers 25-54.
