Born in Milwaukee, he graduated Marquette U.started in the business at ABC Milaukee affiliate WISN. He moved to the east coast to take a job at WNBF-Binghamton, where he handled various production duties. Moving to New York, he worked as head of ABC Network operations, as a Unit Manager for CBS and as an associate producer on "As the World Turns."
In Los Angeles, he became associate producer on "General Hospital" in the late 1970s, and went on to become associate producer of TV specials for the Carpenters and Pat Boone.
Jaskulski later worked as associate producer on "The Montel Williams Show," as supervising producer on "All My Children," and as line producer on "America's Funniest Home Videos."
He was a member of the Producers Guild, TV Academey, DGA and WGA.
