Herman to co-produce Oscar telecast

Danette Herman will serve as co-producer for the 79th Academy Awards telecast. Herman's duties will include selecting the presenters and performers. This will be the 33rd year she has been associated with the show. Herman recently served as coordinating producer for the "58th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards" and the "Kennedy Center Honors."
