Kids keen on 'Miss Potter'

Director Noonan's film attracts adults and children

Although he made "Miss Potter" for an adult audience, helmer Chris Noonan was not surprised to see a bevy of young girls clamoring around Renee Zellweger at the tea party following Sunday's preem at Gotham's DGA Theater.

"It is not a children's film," Noonan said. "It deals with some very tough emotional transitions in a life. But I made 'Babe' for an adult audience as well and it was sold as a film for kids."

Pic is the first film Noonan has directed since "Babe," released in 1995.
