Hudson, who's currently shooting "Fool's Gold" opposite Matthew McConaughey at Warner Bros., signed with an Endeavor contingent led by Patrick Whitesell.
Hudson has been with CAA since moving there shortly after scoring her breakthrough role in "Almost Famous."
The signing is interesting because it runs counter to a CAA streak that has seen the agency bolster its client ranks over the past two years at the expense of rivals. CAA had managed to add such talent as Julia Roberts and Jim Carrey with little client turnover.
